This in-person training builds on the foundations established in Level 1 and integrates more precise, layered, and responsive fascial techniques. The focus shifts toward working with greater specificity in the body while maintaining the same core principles of regulation, pacing, differentiation, and non-forcing presence
You will learn how to combine increasingly refined manual techniques – including intraoral, cervical and diaphragm releases, unwinding and fascial mobilization techniques - with real-time nervous system awareness, allowing you to adapt your work based on what the client’s system is expressing moment to moment. The emphasis is not on intensity or complexity, but on precision, timing, and capacity-led change.
