A professional training in Nervous system informed Fascia release - The NeuroFascia Approach®
An advanced, trauma-informed, nervous system and fascia training for bodyworkers, massage therapists, coaches and other professionals. This training goes beyond isolated techniques, helping you evolve your practice, recognize and release your clients' old protective patterns and allow new more appropriate and expansive patterns emerge.
This training will set you apart from other professionals. You will reawaken your passion for your practice as you start to see the overarching protective patterns your toughest clients have in place and learn the language and tools to help them make truly meaningful change.
Your training roadmapSix modules. One step at a time. Two training pathway options.
The training is built as six modules - either take one, or complete a whole certification. You can either book each module as you go or book the whole pathway at once with available discount. Every practitioner starts in the same place with the Nervous System Foundations online training. From there, your path depends on how you work.
NeuroFascia Professional Certification
Complete all six modules + supervision and hands-on sessions and certify as a NeuroFascia Professional - the complete approach, including the hands-on fascial work.
Nervous System Certification
Complete the three online modules + supervision and certify as a NeuroFascia Nervous System Professional. Fully online, complete in itself.
Not sure which path fits your practice?
The ApproachThe NeuroFascia Approach® training rests on three fundamental elements
In taking the full certification in the NeuroFascia Approach® you will learn about the three fundamental elements to working with the whole person. Upon certification you will have understanding and tools to incorporate all three in your own practice.
1. Differentiated therapeutic relationship – anchoring within yourself first
Clear, effective tools to remain present to your own experience while in connection with your clients.
2. Sustained fascial release - the power of longer holds
Learn why you cannot force the fascia to release with patient, non-forcing, advanced fascial release techniques. Sustain holds long enough for meaningful change to happen in both the tissues and the nervous system.
3. Nervous system capacity expansion - beyond regulation
Learn to track the nervous system, to recognize activation, shutdown, and regulation, the ways the nervous system organizes in order to protect us (often due to past trauma) and the tools to expand your client’s capacity for both the good and the tough parts of life.

What previous professionals have said about the training:
Upon completion of the training, you will be able to:
Track your client’s nervous system and identify its protective patterns – often based on past trauma.
Help your client to expand their nervous system’s capacity.
Remain a differentiated anchor during your client sessions and use the therapeutic relationship as a tool in the healing process.
Assess the whole person rather than chasing individual symptoms.
Identify and treat full body fascial strain patterns.
Understand what trauma actually is, and how the nervous system and fascia organize around it.
Work with fight/flight/freeze/fawn/collapse/bracing.
Apply sustained, non-forcing fascial release techniques including compression, intraoral, eye work and unwinding.
Understand why some clients remain stuck despite repeated treatment.
Work with activation without overwhelming the nervous system.
Develop greater confidence and learn tools for when clients become emotional, activated, or when working with more complex clients.
Create more lasting and meaningful change for your clients.
What you will learn
What this does for you as a professional
Working this way will mature your professional practice. You will meaningfully develop your skillset, elevating it from symptom-fixing to whole-person pattern identification and capacity expansion.
You'll see patterns you couldn't see before, gain the language to understand and explain them, and the tools to work with them. You'll stop treating protective patterns as the enemy and start seeing them for what they are: the best way a person's nervous system has learned to protect them up until now.
You'll finally understand what's happening with your most difficult clients and why, despite everything you've tried, they haven't fully recovered.
Being certified in the NeuroFascia Approach® differentiates you from other professionals. You will have a unique skillset that facilitates meaningful change for your clients and people are seeking that out.
This training is taught in a very practical way, with in-built requirements for your own self-development work.
The NeuroFascia Approach® won't only change your clients' lives. It will change you, personally and professionally.
Working with symptoms misses the big picture. Learn to identify and move through protective patterns for significantly improved client outcomes.
A different way of understanding the whole person
Many of the techniques being taught and used today are based on an incomplete understanding of how the fascia, the nervous system, and protective patterns actually work together. You learn techniques that ease a symptom, but the symptom comes back. You treat where it hurts, but don’t see the full picture. And your most challenging clients stay stuck, no matter how many techniques you try. This training gives you a different way of understanding the body and working with your clients, instead of treating symptoms one by one, you learn to identify the patterns that create them and how to work through them. We address the impact of trauma on the whole person, and learn how to move beyond past protective patterns and into patterns suitable for the here and now.
This training dives deeper, combining the three fundamental elements of the NeuroFascia Approach®: a differentiated therapeutic relationship, nervous system capacity building and sustained fascial release. Upon completion of this training, you will understand why your clients get stuck, work with greater confidence and understanding to support change without force, and develop the skills to work with the whole person - not just the symptom.
With this training you will stop chasing your clients’ symptoms and learn to identify and work through the patterns that are creating them.
The NeuroFascia Approach® Professional Training is for you if…
✓ You’re looking to mature within your profession with an approach that goes beyond surface-level symptom relief
✓ You’re a lifelong learner seeking to understand the interconnection of fascia and the nervous system for your own development as well as your client’s benefit.
✓ You often leave client sessions feeling drained, overwhelmed, or like you’re carrying your clients with you
✓ You want to create more complete, longer-lasting results for your clients
✓ You want to understand how to work with fascia and nervous system together, and why the therapeutic relationship is key
✓ Your clients are having releases, but you’re not sure whether you're doing more harm than good when the releases feel very big and cathartic or trauma-linked
✓ Your clients are coming to you with trauma and already expect you to understand nervous system dynamics, and you want the language and skills to show up authentically for them
✓You want to elevate and differentiate your practice from what others are offering.
Ready to begin?
Learn directly from Deirdre Bridgid Murray - founder of the NeuroFascia Approach®.
This work has come out of over 12 years of clinical experience, advanced training in Myofascial Release, Somatic Experiencing, and real sessions with clients where I kept seeing the same thing: technique alone doesn’t create lasting change. The way we meet the whole person does.
Over time, I began to notice that the deepest shifts happened when fascia work was combined with nervous system awareness and a steady, regulated therapeutic presence. That insight became the foundation of the NeuroFascia Approach® and everything I now teach.
Today, I bring that experience directly into this training. This isn’t theory from a distance, it’s a distilled, practical approach shaped by real clinical work, refined over time, and focused on helping you create more complete results with less strain on you as the practitioner.
The NeuroFascia Approach® is an advanced nervous system and fascia release approach to differentiate and elevate your professional practice.
This work integrates therapeutic presence, nervous system capacity expansion and sustained fascia release into one coherent approach. Helping professionals to see beyond their client’s symptoms to understand the overarching patterns of protection from the past, and how to work with the whole person in a way that creates increased capacity and decreased bracing in the present giving meaningful, lasting change.
Your clients will report finding hope again, they will report decreased pain, they will report an increased sense of okayness despite life’s challenges and they will report enjoying their lives more.
You will experience decreased performance anxiety, increased confidence with the new language, tools and understanding you will learn and decreased exhaustion at the end of your day as you learn to stay with your own experience and how to release without forcing.
You will learn new skills and tools that you can integrate into your existing practice from day 1.
The NeuroFascia Approach® was created to move you from narrowly focused symptom chasing to the bigger picture pattern recognition and resolution.
Because the most powerful work comes from learning how to see the whole picture while staying present with yourself.
