The NeuroFascia Practitioner Training in Somatic Nervous System & Fascia Work.
You care deeply about your clients. You’ve spent years learning techniques, building experience, and trying to become the best practitioner you can be.
But recently, you’ve had sessions where you knew there was more going on beneath the surface. Moments where your client’s body started responding emotionally, where they stayed stuck in the same patterns, or where you felt like you could sense something, but didn’t have the language to explain it or know how to work with it. These are often underlying somatic or trauma responses showing up through the nervous system and fascia.
When somatic symptoms and nervous system patterns don’t change with traditional treatments.
Maybe you’ve noticed that some treatments create temporary relief, but the deeper changes don’t last. Or that certain clients leave you feeling drained, heavy, or overly responsible for their healing. You might already understand that the nervous system matters, but still feel like there’s a gap between knowing that intellectually and truly knowing how to work with it in practice, especially when somatic patterns or unresolved trauma responses are present in the body.

The NeuroFascia Approach was developed to bridge that gap.A somatic nervous system approach to fascia and trauma-informed bodywork
This work combines fascia release, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed practice into one coherent approach, helping practitioners understand not just what to do with their hands but how to work with the body in a way that creates deeper safety, regulation, and lasting change.
You learn how to recognise what’s happening underneath the symptoms, how to work with less force and more precision, and how to stay grounded and present without burning yourself out in the process.
Because the most powerful work comes from learning how to truly listen to the body, the nervous system, and the relational space between you and your client.

✓ You’re a lifelong learner seeking to understand the interconnection of fascia and the nervous system for your own development
✓ You often leave sessions feeling drained, overwhelmed, or like you’re carrying your clients with you
✓ You want to create deeper, longer-lasting results for your clients
✓ You want to understand how to work with fascia and nervous system together, and why the therapeutic relationship is key
✓ Your clients are having releases, but you’re not sure whether you're doing more harm than good when the releases feel very big and cathartic or trauma-linked
✓ Your clients are coming to you with trauma and already expect you to understand nervous system dynamics, and you want the language and skills to show up authentically for them
Certification Pathway
The NeuroFascia Approach is taught as a progressive certification pathway that integrates nervous system education, trauma-informed principles, relational skill, practitioner regulation, somatic awareness, and advanced hands-on fascial techniques into one coherent clinical model.
This is not a course you simply complete. It is a training process designed to build real clinical capacity, embodied understanding, and the ability to work safely and effectively with complex human systems.
Certification is awarded based on both training completion and your ability to consistently embody and apply the NeuroFascia Approach in real practice.
The Nervous System Training Pathway includes three progressive online trainings: Nervous System Foundations, Nervous System Intermediate, and Nervous System Advanced.
These trainings are designed for coaches, yoga teachers, therapists, bodyworkers, and healthcare practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of nervous system regulation, trauma physiology, and nervous system-informed care.
The three trainings are completed as a structured pathway, and completion of the Nervous System Training Pathway and 6 required group supervision sessions provides a Certificate of Completion.
Practitioners who wish to become fully certified in the NeuroFascia Approach must complete the full certification pathway, which includes all 6 trainings, plus 6 group supervision sessions, and 3 hands-on integration sessions.
Learn Directly from Deirdre - founder of the NeuroFascia Approach
This work has come out of years of clinical practice, advanced training in Myofascial Release, Somatic Experiencing, and real sessions with clients where I kept seeing the same thing: technique alone doesn’t create lasting change. The way we meet the body does.
Over time, I began to notice that the deepest shifts happened when fascia work was combined with nervous system awareness and a steady, regulated therapeutic presence. That insight became the foundation of the NeuroFascia Approach and everything I now teach.
Today, I bring that experience directly into this training. This isn’t theory from a distance, it’s a distilled, practical approach shaped by real clinical work, refined over time, and focused on helping you create deeper results with less strain on you as the practitioner.
