TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NeuroFascia Approach Sweden AB Effective Date: May 20th, 2026

By using this website, booking services, or registering for trainings, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

NeuroFascia Approach Sweden AB provides:

  • Individual bodywork sessions

  • Online trainings

  • In-person trainings

  • Educational content

  • Digital materials

All services are educational and wellness-oriented in nature and are not intended to replace medical diagnosis, psychiatric care, or emergency healthcare.

2. Practitioner Trainings

Training participation does not grant professional licensure or authorize participants to practice healthcare outside the scope permitted within their own country or profession. Certification requirements are determined solely by NeuroFascia Approach Sweden AB.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided through the website, trainings, sessions, or educational materials is for educational purposes only. Clients and students are responsible for seeking appropriate medical or mental health care when necessary.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in SEK unless otherwise stated. Payment is required before participation in trainings or services unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds for trainings are subject to the published Refund Policy. Individual session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.

6. Online Content and Intellectual Property

All materials, videos, course content, written materials, logos, and intellectual property belong to NeuroFascia Approach Sweden AB unless otherwise stated. Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or taught without written permission.

7. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the website

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Copy proprietary materials

  • Engage in unlawful activity

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroFascia Approach Sweden AB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services, trainings, or website use.

9. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify course content

  • Change training dates or venues

  • Substitute teachers

  • Cancel trainings if necessary

In the event of cancellation by NeuroFascia Approach Sweden AB, participants will receive a refund of fees paid for the cancelled training.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with Swedish jurisdiction.

TRAINING REFUND POLICY

NeuroFascia Approach Sweden AB Effective Date: May 20th, 2026

We understand that plans can change. At the same time, trainings require significant preparation, venue commitments, and limited participant spaces. The following refund policy applies to all NeuroFascia Approach trainings unless otherwise stated.

1. Cancellations by Participant

  • More than 14 days before training start date: Participants may cancel and receive a full refund minus a 500 SEK administrative fee.

  • 13–8 days before training start date: Participants may cancel and receive a 50% refund of the training fee.

  • 7 days or fewer before training start date: No refunds will be issued. However, participants may transfer their registration to a future equivalent training at no additional cost, subject to availability and within 12 months.

2. Transfer Requests

Transfer requests must be made in writing via email. Transfers are non-refundable once processed.

3. Online Trainings and EU Withdrawal Rights

In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, participants may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online training purchases made at a distance.

However, if a training begins within the 14-day withdrawal period and the participant chooses to attend or access the training materials before the withdrawal period has expired, the participant acknowledges that portions of the service may already have been delivered. Refunds and cancellations are therefore subject to the refund timelines outlined in this policy.

By registering for a training that begins within 14 days of purchase, participants acknowledge and accept the applicable cancellation and refund terms.

4. Cancellation by NeuroFascia Approach Sweden AB

If a training must be cancelled or rescheduled by NeuroFascia Approach Sweden AB, participants will be offered:

  • A transfer to a future training, or

  • A full refund of fees paid

NeuroFascia Approach Sweden AB is not responsible for participant travel costs, accommodation costs, loss of income, or other expenses. It is always wise to purchase travel insurance to protect you against any unforeseen circumstances.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, requests outside the standard refund policy may be considered at the sole discretion of NeuroFascia Approach Sweden AB.
