NeuroFascia Approach Hands-on Training Level 1 in Gothenburg│March 10-12th

This training takes place online over 3 days:

  • Day 1: Wednesday, March 10th 2027 - 08:30-16:00 (CEST)

  • Day 2: Thursday, March 11th 2027 - 09:00-16:00 (CEST)

  • Day 3: Friday, March 12th 2027 - 09:00-13:00 (CEST)

NeuroFascia Level 1 is the first hands-on training within the NeuroFascia Approach certification pathway and marks the beginning of integrating nervous system-informed principles directly into fascial bodywork.

This in-person training introduces the foundational manual techniques of the NeuroFascia Approach and how to apply them within a regulation-led, relational, and non-forcing therapeutic framework. Rather than treating the body as something to fix or release mechanically, you will learn to work with the body and nervous system together as a living, adaptive system organised around safety and protection.

A strong emphasis is placed on practitioner presence, pacing, and differentiation, ensuring that you are able to remain steady, regulated, and non-merged within the therapeutic relationship while supporting the client’s process safely and effectively.

You will begin learning how to work with sustained, non-forcing fascial techniques that allow the body and nervous system to reorganise gradually over time, rather than through force or intensity.

Inside the training, you’ll explore:

  • Sustained hold fascial release techniques

  • Cross-hand opening releases

  • Pelvic balancing and foundational structural work

  • Traction-based fascial techniques

  • Psoas releases

  • Introduction to Unwinding

  • Establishing a differentiated therapeutic relationship in hands-on work

  • Practitioner presence, pacing, and regulation in real-time bodywork

Level 1 is not about doing more. It is about learning to do less, more precisely, working at the speed of the nervous system so that change becomes sustainable, integrated, and safe.

This training is part of the full NeuroFascia Approach Practitioner Certification pathway, which takes place over approximately 12 months and includes:
