NeuroFascia Approach Hands-on Training Level 1 in Gothenburg│October 21st-23rd 2026
NeuroFascia Approach Hands-on Training Level 1 in Gothenburg│October 21st-23rd 2026
This training takes place online over 3 days:
Day 1: Wednesday, October 21st 2026 - 08:30-16:00 (CEST)
Day 2: Thursday, October 22nd 2026 - 09:00-16:00 (CEST)
Day 3: Friday, October 23rd 2026 - 09:00-13:00 (CEST)
NeuroFascia Level 1 is the first hands-on training within the NeuroFascia Approach certification pathway and marks the beginning of integrating nervous system-informed principles directly into fascial bodywork.
This in-person training introduces the foundational manual techniques of the NeuroFascia Approach and how to apply them within a regulation-led, relational, and non-forcing therapeutic framework. Rather than treating the body as something to fix or release mechanically, you will learn to work with the body and nervous system together as a living, adaptive system organised around safety and protection.
A strong emphasis is placed on practitioner presence, pacing, and differentiation, ensuring that you are able to remain steady, regulated, and non-merged within the therapeutic relationship while supporting the client’s process safely and effectively.
You will begin learning how to work with sustained, non-forcing fascial techniques that allow the body and nervous system to reorganise gradually over time, rather than through force or intensity.
Inside the training, you’ll explore:
Sustained hold fascial release techniques
Cross-hand opening releases
Pelvic balancing and foundational structural work
Traction-based fascial techniques
Psoas releases
Introduction to Unwinding
Establishing a differentiated therapeutic relationship in hands-on work
Practitioner presence, pacing, and regulation in real-time bodywork
Level 1 is not about doing more. It is about learning to do less, more precisely, working at the speed of the nervous system so that change becomes sustainable, integrated, and safe.
This training is part of the full NeuroFascia Approach Practitioner Certification pathway, which takes place over approximately 12 months and includes:
Nervous System Foundations
NeuroFascia Level 1
Nervous System Intermediate
NeuroFascia Level 2
Nervous System Advanced
NeuroFascia Level 3
This training is designed for qualified practitioners with a foundational understanding of anatomy and physiology.
Please read the Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy here before proceeding to sign up.

Day 2: Wednesday, November 25th 2026 - 09:00-15:00 (CEST)
The Nervous System Intermediate is the second training in the Nervous System Training pathway and is designed to deepen your ability to work skilfully with activation, regulation, and nervous system capacity in clinical practice.
Building on the foundations taught in Nervous System Foundations, this online training explores how to work with more highly activated nervous systems without pushing clients into overwhelm, shutdown, or reactivity.
This course is especially valuable for practitioners working with anxious, highly stressed, trauma-affected, emotionally overwhelmed, or chronically dysregulated clients who want a clearer framework for pacing, sequencing, and sustainable change.
Rather than chasing catharsis or dramatic release, the NeuroFascia Approach teaches practitioners how to work with “just the right amount”, helping clients gradually build the capacity to stay present with both difficult experiences and positive states without becoming overwhelmed.
Inside the training, you’ll explore:
Working safely with highly activated nervous systems
Advanced titration and pacing techniques for highly activated systems
Unpairing fear from immobility in the freeze response
Working with sequencing of traumatic events
Building containment in highly activated systems
Working with the edges of traumatic events
Expanding nervous system capacity in highly activated systems
Supporting sustainable integration rather than short-term release
Developing greater practitioner steadiness and differentiation
Understanding when to slow down, pause, or resource the system
This course is part of the Nervous System Training pathway for practitioners wanting to deepen their nervous system and trauma-informed skillset.
It is also part of the full NeuroFascia Approach Practitioner Certification pathway, which takes place over approximately 12 months.
Alongside the training, students complete supervision and hands-on integration sessions to support real-life application, clinical integration, and practitioner development.

NeuroFascia Approach Hands-on Training Level 1 in Gothenburg│March 10-12th
NeuroFascia Approach Hands-on Training Level 1 in Gothenburg│March 10-12th
This training takes place online over 3 days:
Day 1: Wednesday, March 10th 2027 - 08:30-16:00 (CEST)
Day 2: Thursday, March 11th 2027 - 09:00-16:00 (CEST)
Day 3: Friday, March 12th 2027 - 09:00-13:00 (CEST)

Nervous System Advanced Online Training│April 27th-28th 2027
This training takes place online over 2 days:
Day 1: Tuesday, April 27th 2027 - 09:00-15:00 (CEST)
Day 2: Wednesday, April 28th 2027 - 09:00-15:00 (CEST)
The Nervous System Advanced is the final training in the Nervous System Training pathway and is designed for practitioners ready to work with deeper layers of protection, trauma physiology, and nervous system organisation.
This advanced online training explores the more nuanced dynamics that shape human behaviour, emotional responses, relational patterns, and chronic protective states within the body and nervous system.
Building on the foundations and intermediate trainings, practitioners learn to recognise and work with complex nervous system patterns including competing impulses, protective associations, and the different stages of the threat-response cycle.
The focus is not on forcing release or creating cathartic experiences, but on helping clients safely expand their capacity for regulation, flexibility, connection, and integration over time.
Inside the training, you’ll explore:
Identifying which stage of the Threat Response Cycle the system is stuck at and techniques to resolve incomplete defensive responses
Identifying competing impulses, and techniques to separate them and resolve incomplete survival patterns
Techniques for working with altered states (e.g. anesthesia-like states of disconnection or shutdown)
Working with early developmental trauma
Advanced nervous system tracking and pattern recognition
Understanding protective associations within the nervous system
Supporting nervous system flexibility and integration over time
This course supports practitioners in developing a more mature, regulated, and clinically grounded way of working with complex client presentations while remaining steady, clear, and non-overwhelming in the therapeutic relationship.
It is also part of the full NeuroFascia Approach Practitioner Certification pathway, which takes place over approximately 12 months.
Alongside the training, students complete supervision and hands-on integration sessions to support embodied learning, clinical integration, and practitioner development.

Nervous System Advanced Online Training│May 4th-5th 2027
This training takes place online over 2 days:
Day 1: Tuesday, May 4th 2027 - 16:00-22:00 (CEST)
Day 2: Wednesday, May 5th 2027 - 16:00-22:00 (CEST)
